Terms of Service.

Zylzio is an AI marketing agency for real estate agents in South Florida, operated by Sean Orgaz from Miami, FL. Reach us at hello@zylzio.com.

zylzio.com is informational. It describes our services, lets you book a discovery call, and runs an AI chat assistant. Browsing the site doesn't, by itself, create a service agreement between you and Zylzio.

If you hire Zylzio for marketing services — a website build, ongoing campaigns, anything we deliver for you — the engagement is governed by a separate written agreement that we'll send you to sign. Pricing on this site is indicative; actual scope and price are confirmed in that agreement.

The chat assistant on this site is powered by Claude (Anthropic). It can be wrong, miss nuance, or invent details. Treat its replies as a starting point for a conversation with us, not as legal, financial, real-estate, or business advice. For anything that matters, talk to a human at hello@zylzio.com.

You agree not to:

• Use the site or chat assistant to harass, defame, threaten, or impersonate anyone
• Try to bypass our security, rate limits, or access controls
• Scrape the site at scale or extract data programmatically
• Submit content you don't have the right to share
• Use the chat assistant to generate harmful or unlawful content

We reserve the right to block access for users who violate these rules, with or without notice.

The Calendly widget on /contact lets you schedule a discovery call. Booking a call doesn't commit either of us to a paid engagement — it's a conversation. We may reschedule or decline calls at our discretion.

Site content, brand assets (logo, copy, design), and the underlying code are owned by Zylzio. You can:

• Visit, read, and share links to our pages
• Reference us by name with proper attribution

You can't:

• Copy substantial portions of the site or its design
• Use our brand assets without written permission
• Reverse engineer, redistribute, or republish the chat assistant or any of our automated tooling

We use a small set of hosted services to run the site. Their terms govern your interactions with them:

The site is provided "as-is" and "as-available." We try to keep it running, accurate, and useful, but we don't promise it'll always be available, secure, or error-free.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Zylzio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or the chat assistant. Our total liability for any claim related to the site is capped at $100. (Paid engagements are governed by their separate agreement, which has its own liability terms.)

You agree to indemnify and hold Zylzio harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the site, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of someone else's rights through content you submit.

If we change anything material here, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top. Significant changes will get a notice on the homepage. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes are resolved in state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
