Zylzio is an AI marketing agency for real estate agents in South Florida, operated by Sean Orgaz from Miami, FL. Reach us at hello@zylzio.com.

Contact form. When you submit our form on /contact, we collect your name, email, optional phone number, and the message you write.

AI chat assistant. When you chat with the assistant, we store the full conversation transcript. If you share your name and email or phone during the chat, we save those as a lead so a human can follow up.

Calendly bookings. When you book a discovery call via the Calendly widget on /contact, Calendly collects your name, email, and any meeting details. Calendly's privacy policy applies: calendly.com/legal/privacy-notice.

Site usage. Basic web traffic information (your IP address, browser, pages visited) is logged by our hosting provider, Vercel. We don't run third-party tracking pixels and we don't sell tracking data.

We use this data to:

• Respond to your inquiry
• Schedule and follow up on calls
• Improve the website and the chat assistant over time

We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it for any purpose unrelated to communicating with you.

We use a small set of US-based vendors to run the site. Each one only handles the data it needs to do its job:

• Supabase stores contact-form submissions, chat-collected leads, and chat transcripts.
• Resend delivers email notifications to our team when a lead comes in.
• Anthropic (Claude) powers the chat assistant — your messages are sent to Anthropic's API to generate replies. Under Anthropic's commercial terms, API conversations are not used to train their models.
• Vercel hosts the website.

We keep your data until either:

• You ask us to delete it, or
• We have no further reason to follow up with you

You can ask us to:

• Show you what data we have about you
• Correct anything that's wrong
• Delete it entirely

We don't use tracking cookies. The chat widget uses your browser'ssessionStorage to remember the conversation as you navigate between pages — it clears the moment you close the tab. That's the only client-side state we keep.

Zylzio's services are aimed at real estate professionals. The website is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.

If we change anything material on this page, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top. Significant changes will get a heads-up on the homepage.
